Assembly Lines: The facility features Surface Mount Technology (SMT), Through-Hole Technology (THT), cable harness assembly lines, and Die & Mold technology showcasing a broad spectrum of manufacturing capabilities. High-quality manufacturing is maintained based on experience of 200 million pieces of Mechanism production.
Soldering Technologies: With wave soldering, and auto point soldering capabilities, the facility ensures reliable and precise soldering processes.
Die & Mold Technologies: designing precise Progressive Die and Injection Mold. The process is highly automated and can produce complex shapes with excellent dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
Testing Technologies: various testing technologies, including In-Circuit Testing (ICT), Functional Testing (FCT), Reliability Testing, Measuring Equipment, as well as visual and sound testing, to guarantee the quality and functionality of products.
