Warehouse & Logistic Manager (Phnom Penh)

Job Description

• Confirm production schedules in MDS based on and Material constraints (Maxkit).
• Responsibilities included controlling the initiation, material scheduling kit release schedules and material procurement of all required support materials via MRP calculation and taking care of raw material and / or finished goods outgoing / incoming from / to the plant including raw material store and finished goods warehouse.
• Follow up with concerned group (Purchasing /Program Management /Production/Material Control etc.) in accordance to on time delivery.
• Review the delivery and inventory on hand to meet the optimum level and accuracy.
• Scheduled customer order ship dates while coordinating activities of all shipping function in-house manufacturing, production control material planning and stock room material flow to meet production delivery deadlines.
• Perform the material usage analysis included inventory turns, Excess inventory and usage of material compare to standard.
• Review and follow up the ECO analysis which effect with excess inventory to charge back to customer.
• Review and monitor the possibility to achieve monthly sales budget & Planned
• Ensure the import/export activity to meet the regulation of BOI customer and revenue department.
• Inform his/her superior of activities and problem through daily weekly and monthly schedule.
• Drive team to work on master list for customer clearance.
• Work with forwarder/agency for shipment plan/arrangement and yearly bidding with cost saving.
• Ensure the invoice/import/export documents collection on time and well storage
• Activities for Kaizen on logistic cost down
• Work with CDC/MOC/Custom of local government departments for logistic documents approval processing and keep good relationship with them

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic Management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in Warehouse & Logistic
• Good command of English
• Good skill in presentation and communication.
• Able to work under pressure, problem solving skill.
• Good skill in Computer literate
