Job Description

  • Role:
                 a. Perform assigned specific engineering task, assignment, and projects. Work independently with supervision as needed
                 b. Request resources, priorities, and direction in completing tasks, assignment, and projects.
  • Method:
                 a. Create design, schematic, and technical solutions based on customer requirement
                 b. Collect data & information to define problems and establish of action and solution to report all back to management
                 c. Identify and resolve all (complex) test issue with common tool and technology
                 d. Identity all possible test improvement where possible, and set plans for implementation
  • Communication:
                 a. Document summaries and reports on all cause of actions back to top management
                 b. Clear cross function communication channel in order to provide immediate support
  • Mentor/Train/Team building:
                 a. Participate in knowledge and ideas with all co-workers, and superiors
  • Network:
                 a. Establish working relationship between co-workers, sub-ordinates, and superior well as suppliers and external customer
                 b. Enhance technical knowledge by finding opportunities of attending seminars and conferences

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree of Electronic Engineering or related filed
  • Experiences: 5 year up
  • Special skills: Electronics, Power Electronics, RF communication, Controls, and English
