Job Description

• Lead a team line leader and operator to achieve the quality of product, which meet specified quality levels at the lowest cost within schedule time.
• Guide and instruct line leader, operator to work under manufacturing package.
• Make high morale and motivate her / his sub-ordinates to achieve company objective.
• Control direct / indirect material usage.
• Improve productivity yield, improve operator’s effectiveness through good leadership and teamwork.
• Maximize the utilization of manpower tooling and space to achieve high productivity.
• Maintain and improve products line performance by work with supporting groups.
• Ensure that training is enough provide for operators and other sub-ordinates.
• Maintain discipline of subordinates in accordance with the company’s policy, rules and regulation
• Identify, solve and report the problem which effect to productivity and quality of the product.
• Evaluate and review job performance of subordinators.
• Perform as superior assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experiences: 2 year up
• Special skills: English (fair), MS Office (Excel), Shift rotation working
